Our handcrafted 180g soy wax candles are carefully poured to provide a clean, long-lasting burn and a beautiful fragrance for your home.

Candle Safety
Your safety is important to us. Please follow these guidelines every time you burn your candle.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Keep away from curtains, furniture and other flammable materials.
- Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.
- Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
- Keep the wax free from matches, wick trimmings and other debris.
- Leave at least 10cm between burning candles.
- Do not move the candle while the wax is hot or liquid.
- Stop using the candle when approximately 10mm of wax remains in the bottom of the jar.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Positive Two candle.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of candles that have been used or burned unless they are faulty.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation.
